Fresh Tuna & Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs thick tuna steak
4 Tb olive oil
2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 lime
1 lemon
1 tsp wasabi powder
10 dashes Tabasco
2 tsp soy sauce
2 avocados, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 minced scallions

Heat a pan for 2 min and then place the tuna steak on it.  Cook for ~2 min on each side, so that the outside is browned but the middle is still red.  Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Squeeze the lime and lemon into a small bowl.  Grate the zest of both into the bowl too.  Add the olive oil, salt and pepper, wasabi powder, Tabasco and soy sauce and whisk together.  Add the avocados to the bowl and shake around so the dressing coats them. 

Put the onion onto a plate, arrange the tuna on top and then pour the avocado and dressing over them.  Sprinkle the scallions and sesame seeds on top.
