Mayo-less Chicken Salad

I have, and have always had an aversion to mayo, cream cheese, and sour cream. I don't know why but anything in that category of foods really doesn't work for me. The only reason I even have plain yogurt in my fridge at all is that if I mix it with even things, it eventually becomes palatable. I do love this recipe though.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of shredded chicken (I use rotisserie chicken but you could also shred a chicken breast)

1 granny smith apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup craisins
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste

Directions
Mix together yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice. Add all other ingredients. Serve.

Notes:
I read a couple recipes for a mayo-less chicken salad and put this one together based on what I had and what I like to eat. I don't particularly like raw onions so I didn't include them in my recipe but you could. For K's nut allergy, you could just nix the walnuts and the almonds because the apple and the celery give it enough crunch on their own.
