Lemon Garlic Roasted Chicken Breast over Apple Noodles and BrussellSprout Slaw

2 chicken breasts, brined
Flavorgod lemon garlic seasoning or combine garlic powder, lemon zest and salt
1 gala apple
Brussel sprout - shredded (I bought the Uncle Vinny's container of shredded brussel sprouts)
1 Tbs olive oil
1 garlic clove mined
1 shallot, minced
Red pepper flakes to taste

Preheat oven to 375. Season chicken breasts and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken breasts have an internal temp of 165.

Spiralize the apple on medium blade.

Add olive oil to a medium-high heat pan, Cook garlic, shallots and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add brussel sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes. Take off heat and add gala apple.

You can use halved brussel sprouts instead of slaw as well.
