1 head of broccoli, widest stems you can find
2 heads of garlic
1 Tbs olive oil
Red pepper flakes to taste
Salt and pepper
1/2 white onion
Cut broccoli close to florets. Spiralize broccoli stems on medium blade. Spiralize onion (or cut in half moons).
Saute florets in one pan. Saute broccoli noodles and onion in another pan with garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes (when onions are soft and broccoli florets are charred).
Combine and serve.
