Garlic Parsley Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin, about 2 lbs but whatever size is fine
Bunch of parsley
3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Combine parsley leaves and garlic in a food processor. Add olive oil until it's a pesto consistency.

Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper. Cover top and bottom with garlic parsley paste.

Cook at 350 for about an hour
