Healthy Banana Muffins

2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 cup oatmeal (can be instant)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 tablespoons plain yogurt

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a large bowl mash bananas, add eggs, brown sugar, oatmeal, flour mixed with baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix with a spoon. If the mass was to thick add yogurt. Put into forms.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

Not the most exciting banana muffins, but relatively less fat than ones using more sugar and/or butter. I also added pecans or chocolate chips to the tops of a couple.
