Garlic and Hot Pepper Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
A couple potatoes per person depending on size (size of both people and potatoes)
Olive oil
Red pepper
Garlic

Directions:
Place potatoes in a pot of water. Turn on heat and boil until fork can easily pierce potatoes. Drain potatoes and peel using your hands and a paper towel to hold the potatoes. They are hot. Once they are peeled, mash with a fork. In a small pan, saute olive oil, red pepper, and garlic until garlic browns. Pour over mashed potatoes and sprinkle with salt.

Notes:
I will make these one time in the city because they are my absolute favorite way to eat potatoes. They actually taste like potatoes instead of blended starch and butter.
