Cheesecake Brownies

Brownie Ingredients:
1 Box Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, 20 Oz (or whatever brownie mix you like or if you're extra fancy, K's brownie recipe
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Cheesecake Ingredients:
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. 

Make the brownie layer by hand mixing with a spatula. I read online that the correct way to mix it to "beat by spatula by 40 strokes. It has chips so it won't be perfectly smooth."

Make the cheesecake layer by combining all ingredients using a mixer. 

Grease a 9 x 9 pan (thats what I had). Fill with 2/2 brownie, all cheesecake, 1/3 brownie and take a knife and swirl. Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for about half an hour before you remove so it doesn't break.
