Grape and Blue Cheese Crostini

Ingredients:
1 sourdough baguette
8 ounces of blue cheese (or Gorgonzola, or goat cheese, or any soft cheese would do I would assume)
1 pound of purple seedless grapes
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350f. Cut baguette into slices. Brush olive oil and toast on both sides in oven about 10 minutes.  While toasting, cut grapes in half. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Spread cheese on one side and add cut grapes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Notes:
We made this in the toaster oven to stay out of Andy's way as he was working on dinner. I cut the grapes the wrong way like an idiot. They should be cut in half so that they are longer instead of higher.
