Sauteed Broccoflower with Garlic and Hot Pepper

Any vegetable in garlic and hot pepper is a staple in my household so when we bought a vegetable that looked like it was from Mars, we figured this was a safe bet on preparation.


Ingredients:
1 head of broccoflower, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Salt


Heat the olive oil, garlic, and pepper flakes in a large skillet of medium heat until fragrant and garlic begins to brown, about 30 seconds. Stir in broccoflower and cook until browned. Add some salt and serve.
