Brussels Sprouts & Bacon hash

I don't really know what to call this but it was delicious.  I forgot to buy meat to go with my brussels sprouts at the store, which was good because this was plenty, probably because of all of the bacon fat.

Ingredients:
Half a pound of bacon, chopped
A bunch of brussels sprouts -- probably ~3 cups -- quartered
12 mini potatoes, quartered (I don't know what this translates to for normal potatoes but it was less than the brussels and the pieces were the same size as the brussels)
2 eggs

Cook the bacon until crispy.  Take it out and leave it to drain on a paper towel, leaving the grease in the pan.  Fry the two eggs in the grease, and then take those out and set aside.  Cook the brussels and potatoes over high heat so that you brown the outsides and the brussels are soft.  Turn off the heat and add back the bacon; stir up.  Serve with an egg on top.
