Ingredients;
1 bunch of kale
3 slices of bacon, cut into 1/4 inch strips
Splash of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Wash and chop the kale leaves into strips about the same size as the bacon. Saute the bacon in a pan. Once it starts to get crispy, add kale and salt and pepper. Stir and let saute for a couple minutes. Then add a splash of balsamic vinegar. Once the kale gets bright green, it's done and ready to be consumed.
Notes:
The most delicious way I have ever had kale.
